Nevertheless I tell you the truth: It is expedient for you that I go away; for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I go, I will send him unto you. And he, when he is come, will convict the world in respect of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: of sin, because they believe not on me; of righteousness, because I go to the Father, and ye behold me no more; of judgment, because the prince of this world hath been judged. I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he shall guide you into all the truth: for he shall not speak from himself; but what things soever he shall hear, these shall he speak: and he shall declare unto you the things that are to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall take of mine, and shall declare it unto you. All things whatsoever the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he taketh of mine, and shall declare it unto you. A little while, and ye behold me no more; and again a little while, and ye shall see me.
Jesus said when the Holy spirit is come, he will convict the world, not the believer of sin, why because they believe not on christ, it means that the Holy spirit wants to tell unbelievers through you that they are still sinners because they refuse to believe Christ... And that if they shall believe, they shall be made righteous, for with the heart, men believe unto righteousness romans 10:9
He said of Righteousness, Because you see me no more in the flesh, because I go to the father, it is here that Jesus can become our Righteousness, it is here that the way to be Righteous would be to believe all that Christ did through the rigours of the cross(his death and resurrection)
He also wants to convict the world of Judgement through the spirit filled Believer that satan is Judged, not will be judged, but is Judged, and disarmed colosians 2:15, and that the world now belongs to you, that what you permit in it is what holds...
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he shall guide you into all the truth: for he shall not speak from himself; but what things soever he shall hear, these shall he speak...
The holy spirit doesn't have his own words, he doesn't have his own wisdom, everything he has to say is the word of God to you, Jesus said he shall guide you into all truth, I want you to remember that there is NO truth outside Christ, Christ is truth John 14:6 so the Holy spirit wants to guide you into Christ, he wants to explain Christ to you, he wants to tell you what Christ has Being able to achieve for you because you believe
and he shall declare unto you the things that are to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall take of mine, and shall declare it unto you. All things whatsoever the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he taketh of mine, and shall declare it unto you.
He shall make Jesus plain to you, he will make you see Jesus and nothing else, he will make you see yourself in Christ... col 3:3 not your complexion, your dress or your gender, but that you are in Christ and that you are a NEW CREATION as a result 2cor.5:16-17
The Holy Spirit is the person that helps us to understand the scriptures, the bible says the letter kills, but it is the spirit that gives life, so the major works of the spirit is to help you see the logos of God beyond what is penned, He will make it come loud and Alive to you, he will make it real in your life, that's the work of the Holy Spirit... He will Glorify Christ, not your works, but Christ, not the law, but Christ, not moses but christ, not a gift or talent that you have, but Christ, not your church, but christ... That's the Holy Spirit's work in a Believer... He works in you as Christ's wisdom, stirring up ideas in your spirit that would help you express the victory of Christ in your day to day life, things that are beyond human reasoning 1cor 2:9, he functions in you as the mind of Christ 1cor 2:16, he makes EVERYTHING that is of God PLAIN to you, that is his work... Not gosipping, backbiting, guesses or assumptions, or telling you what sin is or what sin is not, it is law that tells you all of that 1cor 15:56 the Holy Spirit doesn't assume, neither does he tell people what action is sin or not, he is HOLY and He is the ONLY thing that is real in this life, he is REALITY... He is the Spirit of Grace...
So the way to hear the Holy spirit is to meditate on the word of God consistently and pray in the spirit untiringly, ceaselessly and uncompromisingly...
No wonder paul admonishes the colosians to make sure that the word of Christ dwell richly in them in all wisdom colosians.3:16
It is very important, because the word of God is strictly the stuffs with which the Holy Spirit can work in you and through you... There is no other way...
And according to 1cor 14:14 which says when I pray in UNKNOWN tongues, my Spirit Prays, and my canal mind is rendered useless, you therefore as a believer ought to engage this praying in the Holy Ghost (jude 1:21) which is to pray in unknown tongues alongside studying the word of God and meditating on it continually to be able to actively and deliberately turn-on the functioning of the Holy Spirit in you on consistent basis... It is your duty, and my duty to engage the Holy Spirit in our everyday life, because that is what it means to live in victory always 2cor 2:14

THE PURPOSE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IN A BELIEVER part3

Another major deal the holy spirit has in you is to be a teacher and a Reminder, and he don't just teach you anything, neither does he just remind you anything, he teaches and remind you the things that Christ has said, done and lived. What the Holy Spirit would teach you and Bring to your remembrance is Christ, he said I care to know nothing among you, except Christ and Him crucified 1cor 2:2
So the Holy spirit is not the one who reminded you that you have a family curse, and that you should fast and pray that it might be broken, in fact it is only the devil that can talk that way.
What the Holy spirit will say in that regard is that you are reGENErated, you now have God's gene in you, that you are a new creation now, that Christ has been made a curse for you, while on the cross, that all your curse has been nailed to the cross, and that you CANNOT be under a curse, since God is now your Father therefore the things you could inherit from him are strictly generational blessings and ancestral Glory and anointing...
Those are the things the Holy spirit teaches and reminds us.
He doesn't reminds us what bad thing someone did to us last week, or last year, no, not at all, he'll rather remind us that we should forgive them, the way Christ forgave us, and would never remember our sins no more...
See what 1cor 2:12 and 13 has to say

But we received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is from God; that we might know the things that were freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Spirit teacheth; combining spiritual things with spiritual words. ASV

The things that God's word said to us, those are the things the Holy spirit teaches and reminds the believer, he reminds and teaches you about THE THINGS THAT ARE FREELY GIVEN TO YOU(grace); your strength in christ phil.4:13, your riches in glory, your sound mind, your perfect health and beauty, psalm 51:2, how that the lines are fallen unto you in pleasant places...
He reminds and teaches you your Righteousness in christ, even when your emotions tries to prove to you that you are a sinner, he reminds you that there is therefore now no condemnation to you who is in christ... No condemnation, why, because you are in christ and those that are in christ are those that walks in the spirit .

Romans  8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.


Hallelujah...The Holy spirit doesn't tell you to fast, or ask you to tell someone to fast, you as a believer should know when you have been getting too occupied with canal things and having less time for spiritual things, and how you ought to separate yourself from them by fasting from such things for a while in order to be able to spend more time in fellowship with the Holy Spirit, such that while you are fasting, your flesh weakened, makes your spirit man more alert to the influence of the word of God,(which is the spirit of God) and makes the things of Christ come alive to you... So if you enjoy the moment, you will naturally have appetite for such fellowship again and again... The Holy spirit is more concerned about revealing Christ in you, to you, and through you to others. That's what the Holy spirit does in a believer . There are some common sense things believers want the spirit to tell them before they do . It's like asking Lord should I go for evangelism today or not because you want to satisfy your flesh .
Verse 27 talks about how PEACE will be the litmus test of God's holy presence in you, and how you must allow it and encourage it by not being afraid because of anything... Phil.4:6 says we should be careful for nothing...
See again, John 15:26, Jesus categorically stated that when the HOLY SPIRIT comes, that he will TESTIFY of Christ, he will talk about Christ, and manifest and testify Christ in us, and we would be the evidence and witness of thesame. That's his assignment, and that's what he would do...
He is not coming to deliver us, instead he lives in us because we are delivered and accepted in the beloved colosians 1:13, eph 1:6 hallelujah this is the third part of this series keep reading and keep winning  Jesus is Lord

The reason of the Holy spirit in you is to make you a testimony of Christ, the extension of Jesus' existence on the earth, the Prolonging of Jesus' days
                 Isaiah  53:10 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.

 so that by the Spirit, you just can do all things, cast out devils, heal the sick, calm storms and walk on waters... .etc
Jesus said when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you shall receive power, he said you shall be his witness,

Acts  1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.


 you shall be the witness of his death and resurrection, you shall Be the evidence that Jesus is REAL, that is our calling as Christians see ephesians 1:17-20

That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him; having the eyes of your heart enlightened, that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, and what the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places,

There are huge stuffs in that passage...
The Holy Spirit has not come inside you to mark register, no, he came to do exploit in you and through you, he wants to manifest Christ's death and resurrection through you 2cor 4:10, and its just my sincere desire that you may know...
The Holy spirit has not come inside you to be backbiting or gossiping... Some people who claim to have the Holy spirit do allege the holy Spirit often times as a gossiper and backbiter
For instance, you hear them say; the holy spirit told me someone here has fornicated  or that the food you want to eat has been poisoned... Canal thoughts as much as you know or hear such things the Holy Spirit works in for more greater benefits that If we alow Him we will enjoy our Christian walk.
The business of the holy spirit is not to come and tell you that someone has sinned, your brain is what is making such guesses, and it may at times guess right... Because men stands huge chances of going through such common experiences, so the purpose of the Holy spirit is quite beyond all of that, he wants to manifest Christ in you...
I can't remember Jesus getting somewhere and say someone here has sinned... No, Jesus never did that, he'll rather say "someone's sin has been forgiven, even when they brought someone to him who sinned, he said I have not condemned you... So when you condemn people for something bad that they do or did, then you are not manifesting Christ, maybe you are manifesting satan...we manifest Christ by the working of love and a helping hand to the weak brethren not for superiority or condemnation.
And what is the essence of the holy spirit telling you not to eat a particular food because there is poison in it, does that mean that the Holy spirit has forgotten what Jesus said in mark 16:18 that even if you eat any poisonous thing, that it will NOT affect you...
The Holy Spirit for your information is more interested in you eating that food that someone has poisoned, so that you might show his power to humiliate poison; so he won't be the one that will come and leak a secret to you that it has been poisoned... If any thought of such, comes to your mind, it is in fact the devil that is talking to you that way, and the reason is to scare you, and you know what 2tim 1:7 says? God has not given us the spirit of fear... So if you poison my food, I will eat it and nothing will happen. That's power, that is what makes Christ proud, not some gosipping and backbiting that many claim that the Holy spirit has done to them...

PURPOSE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IN YOU part 1
This is another interesting series it's going to bless you immensely .
We are going to be seeing  truth about  how a believer can make use of the the greatest gift given to man, this will help you go through life with easy and assurances knowing where you are going and where you are coming from . And I'm sure this will bless you.
I want you to know that the Holy Spirit talks and desires to talk with you, if so be that you are born again, but the kinds of error and ignorance that surrounds this issue of hearing the Holy Spirit is so immense and disheartening, many are merely being disturbed by their emotions and their canal senses, and they'll say time and again that the Holy Spirit is leading them or talking to them...
You are free to bring up your questions after reading this, because I really wish to help as many as possible to get so cleared about this subject... Everyone of us can really be led by the Holy Spirit, since we are all born of God, in fact that's what proves us as sons of God. You cannot claim to be a son of God, if you cannot clearly discern God's leading and directives, and in fact, until you can, you really don't have any significant difference with an unbeliever... You can still suffer what an unbeliever would suffer, and go through what an unbeliever would go through, just because you don't get led by the Holy Spirit... See

Romans  8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.


The leading of the Holy Spirit, that's all that makes the difference, and that's the advantage that a son of God has in life...
Now the aim of this is to make us see how the Holy spirit does it, so that we can plunge ourselves rightly into his leading, and thereby get all that's available for us via thesame, but I first want to deal with the many myths that surrounds this topic, some very funny funny things that people count as the Holy Spirit's leading or instructions; I mean some quite ridiculous things...
There is this almost general thought, that is becoming a household slogan, that "the way the Holy Spirit talks to me or leads me is different from yours", or that "you have to know how the Holy Spirit lead you for yourself" someone even cited an example sometimes of how the Holy Spirit talked to her through a mad woman on the street, and this things amazes me, I wonder what some church folks thinks about the Holy Spirit...
People today cites instances of how the Holy Spirit asked them to go eat, as if they don't know when they're hungry, when the Holy Spirit told them to go and take their bath, as if they don't have brain.

I want you to know that you have brain, you have mind, you also have conscience, you have will and emotions too and these things that I mention, talks to you from time to time, in fact their voices(which could be good or bad) are always the frequent and loudest, it will always come to you, and the leading of the Holy Spirit could come in the midst of all these too, so it now take you to know how the Holy Spirit leads to know how to go about it...
The Holy Spirit for your information, doesn't have different ways that he leads different people through(there is only one way and that way is christ), neither does he have many different things that he tells people, it is a deception of the devil to think that way, if I am a son of God, I should know when the Holy Spirit is leading the other son of God because the Holy spirit is one and the same, I want you to know that there is way the Holy spirit leads, and If he is leading you, you will know that it is the Holy Spirit, if only you know how he leads...
You see, the fact that something appears good, doesn't mean it is the Holy Spirit, and that it sound otherwise doesn't mean it is not... We've got to look into scriptures, to see how the Spirit of God leads his children... God is not a respecter of persons, He doesn't respect people's emotion, feelings or perception, he has his own way of doing his things, and it's only if you respect this principle of the Holy Spirit, that you can enjoy his benefits...
John 14:17,18
even the Spirit of truth: whom the world cannot receive; for it beholdeth him not, neither knoweth him: ye know him; for he abideth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you desolate: I come unto you.

If you look critically, that's Jesus saying to His disciples that the Holy Spirit is the spirit of truth, and you remember John 14:6 that says Jesus is the truth, so the spirit of Truth is the spirit of Jesus, the spirit of Christ 1pet 1:11, romans 8:9, he is Christ himself, Christ in you is Holy spirit in you, Jesus talking to His disciples said, He is WITH you now, but will be IN you, he said he will not leave them, that he will COME to them...
I love those words.
When paul came, he said it is christ that lives in me galatians 2:20 and if anyone doesn't have this spirit of Christ living in them, then they are not Christians at all romans 8:9 TLB
Now this Holy Spirit has his specific assignment in us, he has the things he has come to do, and he has not come for coming sake, he has come for some specific things, and we'll be looking at those things now...
Verse 21 and 23 of chapter 14 emphasises how that Jesus said whoever has HIS commandments(not moses' commandments) the commandments of Christ is the gospel John 6:40, and believing it is Christ's greatest command...
Now christ says whoever does this, will attract the Love of God and of Him, and that he will come and live in such a fellow and that he will MANIFEST himself to him/her...
The first purpose of the Holy Spirit in you as listed by Jesus is to manifest Christ to you and through you... To make Jesus' exploit real in you, to make you a person of Christ-full manifestation and Exploits... God wants to live in you and he wants to be the one that is actually living in your body... 1cor 3:16 and 1cor 6:19 emphasises this
See also ephesians 3:17, he prays for you that Christ may dwell in Your heart by FAITH and your Knowledge of these things is so important, as you may never enjoy the essence and the presence of the Holy spirit in you until you KNOW. Colosians 3:10 God wants you to know(eph 1:18) that you are the carrier of the SPIRIT of the HOLY GOD and that He is the Only thing that is Living in you... That the you that used to live before you encountered Christ is nailed to the cross, see romans 6:6, galatians 2:20 and Galatians 6:14 and you are NEW now 2cor 5:17, and ONE spirit... 1cor 6:17 The Holy Spirit...

                  OVER COMING FEAR Part 3
Welcome dearly beloved today we will be concluding the series OVERCOMING FEAR . I believe this has been helpful and a blessing to you.

Job  3:25 For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me. 

This is a very striking statement which a lot of believers are not aware off,  the mystery about fear is this when you allow fear to constantly rule your mind it has the tendency of attracting that situation you fear into your life. Job said what he feared  has happened to him he was always fearful of harm happening to his children his business and and his health these things happened to him because he allowed fear .
 When you are fearful as a believer about anything you give your thoughts and attentions to it thereby attracting that fear to yourself . When you have a fear of contracting a disease or a sickness you are unknowingly attracting this things to your self.it is like you are expecting an evil to happen by constantly keeping your mind on that fear .  I once heard of a man who was always scared of road travel when ever he travels he was always fearful this man died in a road accident why?  his expectations were wrong . so dear beloved stop focusing your energy on your fears stop the negative thoughts change your mind and feed constantly and consistently on the word of God.

Proverbs  23:18 For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off.

Your expectations either good or bad has the ability to come to pass because it's a law of expectation. When you fear you attract a negative expectation to your life , when you fear you always have your thoughts and emotions around that fear so I encourage you to push aside that fear push aside that wrong mindset. One of the easiest way to overcome fear is found in this next scripture

1 John  4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

I encourage you to step into God's love live and bask in the love of God for you,  when you understand how much God loves you how much He has paid for your life you will gain boldness and stand firm in life .we are by nature the children of love we live and act love in our daily lives. With a practical life of love we keep our heart free from hatred, envy and grudges thereby allowing the life of God flow freely within us.
We have to also have the knowledge of how much God loves us so dearly so much so that he gave his son and his spirit as a love gift for us to be able to live victoriously.
 The Lords love overcome fears that love is born in your spirit  the love that is spread abroad in our heart by the Holy Spirit.

Romans  5:5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

 The love of God is God's nature impacted into us at new birth.  become conscious of this  love keep it high in your thoughts let it be greater than any fear let it be greater than any challenge  for this is the will of God for His children to be an expression of His divine nature which is His love. God bless you as you express and enjoy victory over fear as you learn to live in God's love on a daily basis .  As from this day fear will no longer rule over you in Jesus name shalom .

OVERCOMING FEAR Part 2
From our previous post  on this same topic we established the fact that what the devil uses against believers  and non believers alike is the weapon of fear.  This is his greatest weapon and he uses situations around you to suggest to you why you have to be timid, but  you don't have to buy into any of the lies of the devil,  you are to stand firm on the promises and assurances on the word of God. Today we continue in the discussion. 
FEAR IS A SPIRIT. 
FEAR IS not just a feeling of emotions it has a spiritual  hold,  which tend to make a person under its influence subjective and in bondage.  The aim is to keep the believer perpetually under the control of the things or situation they are scared of. Look at this 

 For you did not get the spirit of servants again to put you in fear, but the spirit of sons was given to you, by which we say, Abba, Father
Romans 8:15 

What God  planted in the believer is not a spirit of fear because fear leads to slavery it leads to bondages and it has no life,  fear  is a killer. Now know this,  you are made of the spirit you,you are born of the spirit  of God and there is no trace of fear in the life with which you were born. So as a believer exercise your rights take control of your emotions face those demons and you will see that fear is just a shadow. never allow it rule you never  give it a room in your life stay strong in the faith of the son of God who has made you free from all the powers of hell fear inclusive.

2 Timothy  1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

  To overcome fear you have to take bold step in the word of God knowing that there is a power at work in you making you to rule over situation and circumstances look at the circumstances in the face and say I refuse to be afraid I refuse to be under the shadow anymore I am created to be on top and that's where am going. 
God has not given us the spirit of fear we have a superior spirit to that of fear stand and cast it out remember  you have to resist the devil and he will flee the spirit of fear is of the devil.

James  4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

The secret is for you to submit totally to the Lordship of Jesus in all you do in thoughts in deeds and in actions let Christ be the center and anchor of your life let him rule and reign then you can boldly resist any of Satan's devices because you cannot be caught unaware

OVERCOMING FEAR  part 1
Every day and every time we are faced with situations and news on the Internet, television and various social media of the horrible situations happening all around the world, sicknesses and diseases different viruses on the rise,  economic melt down social vices, political trauma and at this point you are forced to asked what is the way forward can we make it?  Is our future secure is the future of my kids and the next generation sure? Joblessness and hopelessness on the faces of all man kind.  The rich are scared the poor are scared no body wants to die and yet non seem to have an answer.  Religion has added more fear to the plight of man kind this is what is prompting me say there is a CURE FOR FEAR.
The greatest weapon of the devil is the weapon of fear against those who fall victim. The devil operates by showing you all the ills around the world around  you and makes you see reasons why things are bad. when you consent with the devil you give an inroad for all kinds of satanic attacks. I will say this with all boldness  to conquer fear is to see life in the light of God's word and walk in line with the precept of the word  no matter what the devil try to make you see and say don't succumb.

Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful

John 14 vs 27
See that Christ has made it possible for believers to have peace even in the face of difficulties. You have a role to play by deliberately and consciously deciding to to be troubled no matter what you see.

 But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.
 ISAIAH 43:1
This should help you understand you don't belong to the devil so he can't harm you. understand you are the redeemed of the Lord you are His personal possession so the devil can't have you. let this be your mindset through life. Fear is of the devil and you are of God you don't operate on the same platform so relax take hold of the word of God for your life and speak it over every area of your life were fear is holding you back.  Speak boldly what God has said concerning you and your situation not what fear is suggesting.  Stay in the place of victory and triumph that is where Christ has placed you. Don't allow fear Rob you of your divine inheritance in Christ.

You hope and your trust should not be on that medical report nor on your bank account neither should your trust be on the economy of the world. But it should be base on the Lord and His promises


Psalms  56:3 What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.
56:4 In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me.

Will people 'make heaven' because they have no sins?
 First, there's nothing like making heaven in scriptures. I know some use it without any 'works' mentality but for the purpose of accuracy, we'll do well to see what scriptures teach on this. You don't make heaven, you're born there!
At John 3:3 Jesus speaks of being born again as the access into the kingdom of God. At John 1:11-13, those who believe are described as those who are born not of blood, nor of the will of flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. Being born of God is salvation. Now, this birth is supernatural and happens where Christ Himself is - Heaven. This is why we are called citizens of heaven.
Philippians 3:20; 'But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Saviour.' NLT
So, we aren't candidates of heaven but citizens. It's a birthright not a reward for good living. It's our city. That's where we are in the spirit, bodily present in this world.

Hebrews 12:22; 'But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels.'
We are described as seated in the heavenly places. Ephesians 2:6; ''and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ.''
You see, if you're in Christ, you're already where Christ is - heaven! For there's a union.
1 Corinthians 6:17; 'But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with him.'
You can't be joined to the Lord, one spirit, and then be anywhere else than where He is. For Christ is the Head and the church, His Body. The Body is where the Head is. Now this is a very simple way to see it. So, what's the qualification for being in heaven? Is it having no sins at all? This may be one of the toughest truths of the truth to swallow for someone who has been raised with false teaching all his life as a believer, or even before ever being saved as a religious person regularly parading the corridors of church.
Read this clear statement -
The ONLY person that will be in heaven on the last day without sins is Christ. Every other person will be there with their sins forgiven. This is what the bible teaches!
See what Peter the Apostle tells us to rest our hope on fully as we await the second coming.

1 Peter 1:13; 'Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ...'
What will be brought to us at His revelation? Grace! And if it's by grace it's not of works.

Romans 11:6; 'And if by grace, then it is no longer of works; otherwise grace is no longer grace. But if it is of works, it is no longer grace; otherwise work is no longer work.'
In case you didn't understand that, see the NLT version. It simplifies it. "And since it is through God's kindness, then it is not by their good works. For in that case, God's grace would not be what it really is--free and undeserved."
So, if Peter says we should rest our hope fully upon the grace of Christ at His appearing, He's saying we should expect free and undeserving kindness. The only qualification is to be in Christ by faith.
Jude puts it this way -
"Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life." Jude 21.
It's mercy we are expecting, not condemnation or damnation. Christ isn't coming back to fish for your sins if you are a believer, but to save you totally from this sin ruled world and the flesh itself by the redemption of your body (Romans 8:23).
So, heaven is for all those who don't deserve to be there by their efforts but have put their trust in Christ, the Saviour. This is salvation. David describes such man as blessed!

Romans 4:7-8; "Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, and whose sins are covered; blessed is the man to whom the LORD shall not impute sin."
If sin is not imputed (i.e. Reckoned, charged to, for punishment), how would you punish people for it? If sins are covered, they are covered. Now, Jesus didn't just cover sin, He took it away! John 1:29; 'The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, "Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!'
In Christ, sins aren't recorded. There will be no big screen in heaven playing all the wrongs of the saints. Sins aren't documented!

2 Corinthians 5:19; 'that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the ministry of reconciliation.'
In Christ, sins aren't recorded but forgiven. All sins, past, present and future. Outside Christ sins remain and judgement reserved. But in Christ, the enmity is broken and we have God's love covering a multitude of sins - '...for love will cover a multitude of sins.' (1 Peter 4:8).
At
Hebrews 8:12; 'For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more."
The word 'remember' there means to bear in mind so as to punish or reward. It's not that God has short memory that He cannot remember sins or that He cannot see when we err but that He doesn't repay according to our sins but according to the sacrifice of Christ for our sins. God doesn't impute sins in Christ! Heaven is for those whose sins have been forgiven not for those who have no sins.
Sometimes, it's interesting that some preachers admit no one is perfect in themselves yet they preach human perfection as the qualification for heaven. Something is missing. The only perfection that qualifies is the perfection of Christ!

Hebrews 10:14; 'For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.'
Did you see 'perfected'? It's in past tense. And it's His offering, not your good works. Good works are fruits of salvation not the cause of it, neither do they sustain salvation. Christ saves and keeps safe by His salvation.
Hebrews 7:25; 'Therefore He is able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.'
Salvation to the uttermost based on Christ's eternal intercession! This is the ONLY hope of being in heaven with Christ . glory to Jesus GAGT

TO BE BORN AGAIN

TO BE BORN AGAIN 
from our previous post you must have seen a lot of new things which actually are not new but basic truth in the word of God  let us basically know what does it mean to a born again Christian?
           To be born again is to be born of God's spirit
John  3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 
The above scripture points us to the core of the believer who at a point accept Jesus into their lives at that instant something supernatural happens within you this next scripture gives a view of what happen at the point of being born again

Colossians  1:13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

The word translate (methistēmi)  means to transfer,remove from one place to another. You see at new birth even your location in the realm of the spirit is changed. You are not were you used to be, you are moved from darkness to the kingdom of His dear son that is your place that is your new identity, your physical appearance may not changed I tell you the truth a new life  was formed in you. How do I know?

John  3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

You are now a spirit because of your new birth wow!  this makes me know that a Christian is not an ordinary person he is not just a man but he is a supernatural man that have the very essence of the father in him.  NOTE to be born of the spirit is to be born of God  and of His word at this point you become His righteousness.

2 Corinthians  5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. 

Did you just see that?  So remember what I said when I started firstly u are born of the spirit you become one with God,  at that point your location,  identity and address in the realm of the spirit is changed you become a new person with a new identity,  having God's spirit living and moving within you.

Romans  5:5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. 

So I will admonish you as a Christian a believer not to be persuaded by the affair of this world but to only be conscious of who you are in Christ let it be your lifestyle  on daily basis. Look at the life of a born again Christian.

John  3:8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

 This is true of a believer you become someone who the system of the world cannot understand . stand firm in God's promises

    UNDERSTANDING THE NEW BIRTH
Born again is not a SECOND birth.

it is a NEW BIRTH..

The believer in Christ therefore, is NOT one who  experienced a SECOND birth.

He has experienced A NEW BIRTH..

The believer is one who HAD his EXISTENCE in a state of death but has RECEIVED LIFE in Christ.

Colossians 2:13
And you being DEAD in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he QUICKENED TOGETHER WITH HIM, having forgiven you all trespasses.

Ephesians 2:5
Even when WE WERE DEAD in sins, hath he QUICKENED us together with Christ.

WE WERE DEAD, we existed but had our existence in DEATH.

We received LIFE in him

John 10 :10
.. I am come that they might have LIFE..

NOT that they might have a BETTER LIFE..

john 1:4
In him was life..

See,.... In him was a BETTER life????

No!

What we have received in Christ is NOT a BETTER life, there is no life outside him

The BELIEVER therefore, is NOT an UPGRADED VERSION OF WHOM HE USED TO BE.

The BELIEVER is NOT a refurbished version of whom he used to be.

HE is a NEW MAN whose IDENTITY is CHRIST

The new creation is CHRIST..

The BELIEVER becomes a new creation BY IDENTITY.

CHRIST is his IDENTITY..

ALL that he has in Christ, he has them by IDENTIFICATION with Christ..

Christ is his RIGHTEOUSNESS.
CHRIST is his HOLINESS
HE is justified by his identity in Christ.

He is NOT righteous , holy, justified TILL the next time he commits a sin.

He is NOT saved TILL the next time he makes a mistake.
.
He is ETERNALLY saved in Christ..

Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but BY HIS OWN BLOOD he entered in ONCE into the Holy place, having obtained ETERNAL REDEMPTION for us.

You see, Jesus did NOT enter heaven for us with a RED LIQUID BLOOD!

HE entered with his RESURRECTED BODY..

HIS RESURRECTED BODY IS THE BLOOD THAT ATONES FOR OUR SINS.

We are members of that spiritual body!

In him we LIVE, MOVE and have our BEING..
.
Therefore, we LIVE, MOVE and have our BEING IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS WHICH IS THE TOKEN FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF OUR SINS.

We are ETERNALLY CLEAN!
.
Eternally righteousness!
.
Eternally Holy!!
.
Eternally forgiven in him!!!
