2 Corinthians  1:3 Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;
1:4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.  1:5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.

In a time when so much has been seen and experienced so many believers have come to face many battles but our consolation is in the promises of Christ. And in this promises we stand strong. Our God is the God of all comforts. He is on our side to give us strength in the times of trials. As we win with the help of the spirit we become experienced in these troubles to comfort and console others with the comfort wherewith we were comforted.
Jesus promised not to leave us comfortless as orphans having no fatherly covering, living like the bereaved. That is why the spirit was given.

John 14:18   I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

This is an assurance of his ever present help in times of needs. Are you feeling alone, abandoned, neglected or forgotten remember this our consolation is in Christ. Don't look for comfort in a human they will not always be there for you but you can rest on the finished work of Christ.the spirit within you to draw strength in the times of pains.

John 14:26   But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

He is our teacher, he teaches us all things how to be comforted in the world where tribulation and trial abound. You have to understand that in this life you will experience so much trouble and trials but you are not left on your own. You have a helper,a consoler and a lifter in the times when you are down.

Psalms  23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

We are not promised a life without battles if any body tells you once you get born again all your troubles are over. It's not true its just a seductive spirit which is not of Christ. But in our tribulation we are not alone. We have the God of all comfort now and forever. So stay calm stay focus depend on him absolutely and your pains will be gone just as he has promised. He is always there for you. Where no body,  no man, no friend, can go with you your conforter is always and forever there to hold you up and raise you above the sinking  waters of life. Are you grieving?  have you lost a loved one? Does life look frustrating to you? Now is the time to call for the promises of the father into your life and family.  God bless you. THE GOD OF ALL COMFORT

We are in a time where everything in the world is running at a fast pace, everyone is in a hurry to get things done. Hurriedly getting married, in a hurry for children, in a hurry to make money, to start business. virtually all human race are so desperate to get things done that we forget about patience.

In the church today people actually change thier names  thinking that by bearing the name patience nothing good has happened to them. That is so wrong.

We can ultimately go through challenges, delays and not getting  upset, the Holy Spirit works within us  and teaches us to stay calm and thankful in the face of difficulties.

Patience is not just waiting but our conduct during waiting, how we act and react while waiting is the definition of Christian patience.

Luke 8:15   But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

The word of God produces in all area of our lives when patience is at work, the Word will bring forth fruit but it takes patience, and as believers all we have is the word and for the word to produce effectively it has to do with how much you can wait for the word to have its way.

Patience is steadfastness, constancy, and endurance. it takes these things to live happily. It takes patience not to be swerved from purpose.

Romans 5:4   And patience, experience; and experience, hope:

It takes patience to build a godly experience in life which in turn produces hope and hope makes not ashamed,
what are you hoping for in life? That dream and aspirations what will deliver it to you is patience while going through the rough times.

   1 Thessalonians 1:3   Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father;

believers  we know so much about righteousness, faith, godliness and so on but only little about patience

1 Timothy 6:11   But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

So many believers are moving like the world and acting like the world but not knowing that our life is not of this world,

James 1:3   Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.

We have trials but these ultimately builds patience in us and makes us trust the lord even in good times. So many Christians don't want to go through trials but want glory.
Our birth into the Christian faith is a birth into the life of God, and the devil will keep fighting to frustrate our walk with God but continue in your love and let patience have its way.

James 1:4   But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

Patience makes a perfect life and makes a believer whole not thinking, not troubled by the issues of life, lacking nothing, wanting nothing always full is a function of a life of patience.
I admonish you today to stay focus, wait and be patient in all your life work. Never be in a hurry to get things done. Never be discouraged because of the pains of this world. Don't rush because he who is hasty to be rich shall not be innocent. Keep winning. But remember that Good things takes time nothing good just happens

Having all your needs meet is one promise in the scripture that is so sure. We are in this world but we are definitely not of this world, so is our provision too not of this world because out provider is the owner of all things. The economy that controls our provision never goes on recession and does not depend on the ability of man.

Having all our needs meet depends absolutely on the finished work of Christ on the cross and how we lay claims to the things that are already provided, is the reason for answered prayers or not

All we ever need in life has been provided in christ.

2 Peter 1:3   According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

According to his divine power he has given unto us. All things . Not according to mine nor according to yours or anybody for that matter. When God provides He does it according to his ability. According to his capacity.
Anything God does its done in abundance in an overflow manner in the book of psalms your cup shall run over.

The God who had promised is faithful he has provided not that he will provide but he has, its in  the past tense and its only according to his divine power.
So trust in him who is too faithful to fail concerning all he has done. In Matthew the lord told us not to worry about our needs, our wants, our lacks.  in any manner nor form, but to trust God who feeds the birds that he can provide our needs, worrying is the way of the world but trusting against all odds is the way of the believer.

All we will ever need or want in this life are in Christ Jesus, it's ours to enjoy we have to trust him enough to know he has provided ALL things, this " all things " including your finances your health your marriage, your children, that job in fact anything that makes life conformable and godly has been made available in  Christ.

Philippians  4:19

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

All our needs not some but are supplied already according to his riches in glory. The riches of God's glory never runs dry. My help comes from the lord who made all things.

God hates to be doubted. But love it when  we trust against all odds.

WHO IS JESUS
This is one of the biggest question the world needs answer for. From different religions of the world Jesus mean different things to them. To Christians both old and young Jesus is seen differently. But until you really know who Jesus is you can never know the truth about God.
Some know him as the son of God, the saviour, the christ, A prophet, they are all correct but He is more.
To know Jesus let's see the prophets declaration about who Jesus is.

Isaiah  9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, THE MIGHTY GOD  , THE EVERLASTING FATHER, The Prince of Peace.
From this we see Jesus as the mighty God and the Everlasting father wow. What do I mean? It clearly says Jesus is God. Until you come to know that there is only one God and one of His many biblical name is JESUS then you have not known God yet. How did it happen? Take a look at this next scripture.

John  1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.  1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

What happened was for God to save mankind He has to come in the flesh,  become man and took the nature of man . he was in the beginning as the word with the father at the appointed time He came as the son but same as the father.  He is the same with the father and you can't separate what is one. In Jesus God became man to save man. In Jesus you have have the physical appearance of God. Apart from this,  God is spirit but in Jesus we have a face we can behold . from the above scripture we see him as the creator of all things. These are the works of God. It takes only Him to create. What happened was God came in the flesh became the son of man and salvation through his death to all human race . The only way for God to die for man's sins was to first become a man.

Philippians  2:6
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
2:7But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

Jesus is God manifest in human.he is the carrier of all that makes God. He is the father the son and the spirit all in one. Dwelling and moving in him.

1 John  5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

Colossians 1:19   For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
Colossians 2:9   For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

Remember when Philip one of His apostles asked him show us the father we want to know the father. What was Jesus response? He said when you see me you have seen the father. So there is no father any where if it's not Jesus. Wow this is amazing

John  14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
14:7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
14:8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?

He said I have been with you this long and you have not known me? Notice He said me. So to know the father you must know the son because it's in the son that you see the father.
Any one who deny these things I have said about Jesus is an anti christ, so don't be one. Who is any anti christ?

2 john 1:7
For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not confess that Jesus Christ came in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist.
1 John 4:3
and every spirit who doesn’t confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God, and this is the spirit of the Antichrist, of whom you have heard that it comes. Now it is in the world already. and every spirit who doesn’t confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God, and this is the spirit of the Antichrist, of whom you have heard that it comes. Now it is in the world already.

So don't become one of such. Jesus is and will always be the God of the Bible this we confess and affirm. I pray that your eyes be open and that christ become real to you

Man is born with a void. This  void is what has lead man in search for God, both knowinlgy and unknowingly. Man has created for themselves idols and religions hoping that peradventure this void can be filled, inventions in Science and technology still man is no where near fulfillment.

Ecclesiastes  7:29 Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions.

This is one thing religion cannot give, nor will science cover it. Many have search to an extent that they decided that there is no God.

Psalms  14:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

This void came to be from the fall of man in  Eden's garden. So as man left the garden he lost his fellowship with the father, if you recall in the story of Adam,  The father always come to fellowship in the cool of the evening suddenly that was no more . This void has been the crave of all mankind.
Genesis  3:9
And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?
3:10
And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.
3:11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?
3:24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

So then what is the way? . From the fall of man God made provision for this void to be filled. God has been seeking man. Then at a point in history God decided to become man to save man and fill that void.

John  1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

He came in human flesh to reveal himself and make a home with man but, the Jews never knew the God they worship in the temple was among them in human. This was the highest hight of God's search for man.

John  1:11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.  1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

The Jews rejected him not knowing that the answer they sort was with them.
But it opened door not just for the Jews but for all human race to come to the father. Because the heart of the father was for the world. A family of sons and children. The only way to the father is the son because the father is the son manifest in human. So many want to get to the father without the son jesus. Some separate the son from the father. But I tell you this truth the only way  to truly know God is to know who Jesus is in totality .

This is one of the most captivating verse in the Bible. Our hunger can only be filled when we allow Jesus rule and reign in our lives on  a daily basis. To have our heart filled and our lives transformed we need to come to the father through the son. We enjoy fellowship and and oneness with the father and His spirit fills our lives. I admonish us to know who Jesus is. for us to understand God we must know him as Jesus. The word, the healer, the savior, the merciful, compassionate one. The love and lover of man. The beginning and the end.

These are some of the things that we have and enjoy in Christ. They are done, finished, and accomplished for us. At new birth all these happened to us.

They are past tense, finished,  done and  accomplished

Saved
A the point of new birth we enter into the finished work of Christ. Where Christ has saved from judgment and punishment where we have been rescued from evil and harm it's all in the finished work

Ephesians 2:8 KJV
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
2 Timothy 1:9 KJV
Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

Delivered
This is what deliverance really means when we get saved we are totally delivered, not partially. We are taken to a new Kingdom it's also in the past, done in Christ.
Colossians 1:13 KJV
Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

Forgiven
Before we came to Christ our sins are already forgiven. We just have to receive what has been done already and we enjoy this.

Ephesians 4:32 KJV
And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
1 John 2:12 KJV
I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake.

Sanctified
This is another point believers think they attain by works but it's what Christ has done in the past to declare us to himself as separated and holy.
Hebrews 2:11 KJV
For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,
1 Corinthians 6:11 KJV
And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

Justified
We came in guilty but at the point of Christ meeting us we are declared not guilty.
Romans 5:1 KJV
Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

Blessed
We are empowered to succeed it's born in us not what we struggle to get its done already.
Ephesians 1:3 KJV
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.

Redeemed
We are not trying to be redeem we are the redeemed of the Lord.
1 Peter 1:18-19 KJV
Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;
19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

Sealed
A sign of ownership of God. He own us we are his. And he keeps us saved.
Ephesians 1:13 KJV
In whom ye also trusted , after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

The Bible is a book of covenants the two major covenant are the old and the new covenant. But sadly Christians don't understand the dividing line between this two am going to make a quick review in few words for easy understanding I hope u are blessed. The books of the old covenant  are made up of the laws and the prophets. The prophets reference the law as a guide . But the big picture is this all the old covenant was doing was pointing toward the new covenant in the person of Jesus The new covenant.

John  5:46 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me.
Galatians 3:24   Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
Galatians 3:25   But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

The old covenant was not given to Christians, it was not given to the world it's specifically for the Jewish people of Isreal.

Exodus  19:3 And Moses went up unto God, and the LORD called unto him out of the mountain, saying, Thus shalt thou say to the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel;  19:5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:  19:6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.

But the new covenant is for both the Jews and the gentiles the world in general.
Christ is the end of the old thereby established a better covenant.
The old could make no man righteous before God but the new makes us His righteousness.
The old is abolished the new abides for ever.
The old require animal sacrifice while Jesus is the everlasting payment for sin for the whole world  lastly but still so much to say.

Hebrews  10:1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.  10:4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.  10:10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.  10:14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.  10:16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;  10:17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.

You can't mix the two together  no it never works and never will work. For you cannot put new wine in an old wine skin or bottle. For the old is the fading glory but we are his ever shining glory for ever never fading . For the law was given by Moses but grace and truth came through Jesus . The old is the law the new is  grace. Don't try to resurrect what God has buried. Open your heart to learn and unlearn this is the only way we can really see what God is working within us. All it takes is faith in the finished work of Christ on the cross. We look and behold him and we are transformed in all areas of our lives. Keep winning. Jesus is our all in all.
