We are in a time where everything in the world is running at a fast pace, everyone is in a hurry to get things done. Hurriedly getting married, in a hurry for children, in a hurry to make money, to start business. virtually all human race are so desperate to get things done that we forget about patience.

In the church today people actually change thier names  thinking that by bearing the name patience nothing good has happened to them. That is so wrong.

We can ultimately go through challenges, delays and not getting  upset, the Holy Spirit works within us  and teaches us to stay calm and thankful in the face of difficulties.

Patience is not just waiting but our conduct during waiting, how we act and react while waiting is the definition of Christian patience.

Luke 8:15   But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

The word of God produces in all area of our lives when patience is at work, the Word will bring forth fruit but it takes patience, and as believers all we have is the word and for the word to produce effectively it has to do with how much you can wait for the word to have its way.

Patience is steadfastness, constancy, and endurance. it takes these things to live happily. It takes patience not to be swerved from purpose.

Romans 5:4   And patience, experience; and experience, hope:

It takes patience to build a godly experience in life which in turn produces hope and hope makes not ashamed,
what are you hoping for in life? That dream and aspirations what will deliver it to you is patience while going through the rough times.

   1 Thessalonians 1:3   Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father;

believers  we know so much about righteousness, faith, godliness and so on but only little about patience

1 Timothy 6:11   But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

So many believers are moving like the world and acting like the world but not knowing that our life is not of this world,

James 1:3   Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.

We have trials but these ultimately builds patience in us and makes us trust the lord even in good times. So many Christians don't want to go through trials but want glory.
Our birth into the Christian faith is a birth into the life of God, and the devil will keep fighting to frustrate our walk with God but continue in your love and let patience have its way.

  James 1:4   But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

Patience makes a perfect life and makes a believer whole not thinking, not troubled by the issues of life, lacking nothing, wanting nothing always full is a function of a life of patience.
I admonish you today to stay focus, wait and be patient in all your life work. Never be in a hurry to get things done. Never be discouraged because of the pains of this world. Don't rush because he who is hasty to be rich shall not be innocent. Keep winning. But remember that Good things takes time nothing good just happens
